We are looking for co-builders for construction of terraced houses on the land in Brdo, near Ljubljana within the Ljubljana bypass. On a plot of approx 1580 m2 there are 4 terraced houses forseen, with its own driveway. Planned terraced houses have two floors with a total of approximately 155 m2 net area. Each house comes with an average of 395 m2 plot provided. Close to the plot there is a bus stop, school, restaurants and other public infrastructure. Quick access to Ljubljana bypass provided. Each unit has two floors, on the ground floorliving room, kitchen cabinet, which can be transformed into an extra bedroom and a technical room.
