We are looking for co-builders for the construction of individual houses in the Nova vas above Dragonja. On a 5058m2 sized plot we forseen five individual houses with private driveway and parking. Forseen are ground floor houses with useful attic. Positioned on the ground floor are mainly living areas and in the attic are bedrooms with bathrooms. Designed as open floor plan as ts evident in the area above the living area. The houses speciality are the two auxiliary object positioned along the central facility. The auxiliary object shall be constructed and adapted according to individual builder wishes. The project shown features one auxiliary facility with additional bedrooms, and the other for renting (see attached plans). Auxiliary facility can be, among other functions a wine cellar, storage, workshop etc. The size of the plot depends on the number of auxiliary facilities. Plot with one or without auxiliary facilities measures approx 700 m2. Guideline for the outer appearance of the house is a traditional seaside house, which is reflected in the roof with a lower slop covered with traditional clay tiles and the use of stone in certain parts of fasade. Nova vas over Dragonja is a settlement in the Piran municipality, which lies on a hill, which descends in the west to valley Drnica. It lies at an altitude of 250.8 meters and counts 221 inhabitants. The main source of livelihood is olive growing, viticulture and market gardening. The plot has the view of the sea in the west.
